2023.12 - 2024.12 | AI-based Drug-Target Interaction Prediction Model Construction (Core Member) Jiangsu Provincial College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program (Outstanding Completion)

  • Participated in research on drug-target interaction prediction models.
  • Implemented key parts of the prediction algorithm.
  • Continued in-depth follow-up research after project completion, laying the foundation for subsequent competition projects.

2024.12 - 2025.11 | Drug-Target Interaction Prediction Platform Based on Hypergraph Masked Autoencoder (First Contributor)

  • Expanded and deepened the DTI prediction task based on prior project outcomes.
  • Led algorithm development and platform construction, completing model optimization and system implementation.
  • Won the National Grand Prize in the "AI+" track of the 19th Challenge Cup National Undergraduate Science and Technology Competition.

2024.12 - 2025.12 | Omics Big Data-based Platform for Screening Immunotherapy-Potentiating Drugs (Principal Investigator) Jiangsu Provincial College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program (Outstanding Completion)

  • Led overall project design and execution.
  • Managed preprocessing of high-throughput perturbation expression data, including cleaning, organization, and preparation for analysis.
  • Built prediction workflows and advanced the application of bioinformatics methods in transcriptomics research.
